And then the Skills and Things you used to resolve it. Like for example. The cookies are hidden on a high shelf. I got a stepladder to get them.

Then tell how this changed you. Maybe you, from then on would find things on the High shelf or whatnot.

And if it did change you, Just say how. And if it didn't just say that, and why it didn't change you. You might say, "It didn't change me because it was so minor." Or something similar.
