OpenStudy (ikram002p):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No. I haven't done algebra in over 20 years. I need to break this down step by step so I can explain it to my daughter.

OpenStudy (ikram002p):

oh .. ok wat u need first is to solve 4x+6=-6 add -6 to both side 4x+6-6=-6+-6 4x+0=-12 4x=-12 devide by 4 4x/4=-12/4 x=-3 now to solve 4x + 6 < -6 just do the same steps but but "<" insted of"=" got it ??
