T-T well I got it from this website maybe you can try on here: http://www.wou.edu/las/physci/ch412/Periodic%20trends/periodic_trends.htm scroll down towards Periodic Trends and it has a video. hmm.. other than that I'm trying to understand this better so I can help you.
