It's just solving an equation. If the \(\frac{km}{3}\) causes you problems, keep in mind that you can just manipulate it like a single thing.
\[\frac{km}{3} - 2x = 4 \\ -2x = 4 - \frac{km}{3}\]
And so on...

I'm not sure how much help I can give in 3 minutes. :(

hmmmmm... that kinda makes sense... i just hate anything with a fraction on it, it makes my brain go nuts lol..

So get rid of the fraction.
\[-2x = 4 - \frac{km}{3} \\ 3(-2x) = 3\left(4 - \frac{km}{3}\right) \\ -6x = 12 - km\]
