So, from the information given, you will have a variable. So add you sides: 2x+10= P P=perimitter

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but i dont know what p or x is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If thats all your problem says, just say you perimeter is equal to 2x+10. Only because that is all the information given.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Does it say simplify or solve on th eoriginal problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no and no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, thats what you can say. Also state no other given information, so you shouldnt get marked off. Hoped that helped... seems like a weird problem. Im a calculus students, so it seems odd to not have the information.
