Hi, I'm working on Problem #2 on Problem Set #1 and am having some difficulty. I'm trying to design the program such that one while-loop produces Minimum Payments to be tested in another loop that calculates the final balance and the months it takes to pay down the existing balance. Would I need to nest one loop inside the other, or is there a more efficient way to do this?

if you are doing problem # 1 then you don't need to have another loop.but in second problem you need to have a loop inside a loop and you can also do that second problem using a function with while loop.
