How to calculate the area of this sector?

SEGMENT, not sector I'm supposed to calculate the area by using this formula: A=1/2r^2theta-1/2r^2Sin(theta) I got 11.88cm^2 once, and I got 31.5cm^2 ausing another method. Can someone explain to me how to get the answer with the formula I provided?
