u made a typo here: You have 2 water molecules for every molecules of copper sulfate, so the formula is CuSO4∗2H2O. what comes after "every"

it was supposed to be "for every molecule* of copper ..". not plural

i guess technically CuSO4 is not "a molecule" since it's ionic, but you get the idea.
