Hypothetically, the city council of New Orleans has just approved a measure that will build "I" wall levees around the city that will be higher than they ever have been before. This is something they hope will protect the whole city from flood damage for a long time. Explain in your own words why this might be a flawed strategy for dealing with potential flooding in the city.

This might be a flawed strategy because as the ice caps melt and global warming is increasing the water level  and it will gradually increase to the point where it might be higher than the wall levees
