Based on the link you posted here, five issues would be. 1.The federalists supported a strong central goverment. While the Democratic Republican party favored strong state powers. 2.The fedearlist opposed strict interpretation of the Constitution. The DCP favored strict interpretation of the Constitution. 3.The main reasons for the split of the Democratic Republican party were differing opinions about government strength, and the National Bank. 4.The issue of slavery eventually led to the downfall of the Whigs. Many split into the Free Soilers and the newly formed Republican party I could only find four so the last is up to you!
