Push factor is the life conditions that causes people to move out of the country and settle somewhere else (example, no freedom of religion on your own country, so people go live on other places where there's freedom of religion), Pull factors is the situation that allows people to move from their country and settle somewhere else due to better living. One example of pull factors is when people get lured to settle somewhere else because of highly opportunity for jobs or education.
