Sometimes, people say “Give 110% of your effort.” Is it possible to give 110% of your effort? Is there ever a situation where you might have a percent over 100? If no, explain why. If yes, give a scenario where a percent over 100 makes sense.

Well its physically impossible for a human to use 100% or go over 100% of their strength not sure about effort. This question seems more like an opinion of your own rather than it being a question of true or false explanation.
