12+3q>9q-18 First subtract 9q from both sides, and add 12 to both sides. That simplifies to -6q>-30 Divide both sides by 6 -q>-5 Since we are dividing by a negative, we flip the ">" to "<" q<5 It's going to be an open circle since it's less than. Answer is C (or the third choice)
