No, in the word doc, just go to -file -export as pdf - just click "okay" on the options screen - then save it to your folder/desktop/etc Just for future reference. I found that MANY more people will answer your question if its in pdf form!

i factored but some how ended up with a +2 and left with b^3

unless the B^3 was factored somehow

yea i forgot to factor everything out (b^2 x b) (b-3) thats how i would end up with d
