The people of Africa needed to be colonized because they were less evolved and uncivilized. Colonizing them would make them a more viable participant in world trade and provide them a means to one day become self-governing.

the comparing and contrasting. now I feel really dumb when im about to say this but its true iv read this thing over and over again but when I read something it don't stick like I don't comprehend it all
