Which of the amendments do you think is the most important to you as a person? Explain why.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The Tenth Amendment is the most important because the powers belong to the people and the states. For example if something is wrong or something else, the people can do smoething about it. this shows that the people have the power to change something that is wrong.

As a person, the 1-10th amendments are the most important, seeing as they're the bill of rights, which explain our rights as citizens living in America.

Freedom of speech is actually part of the 1st amendment :P, the 5th amendment includes trial by jury, and not having to speak without a lawyer present
