Okay. Lets say I need to remember my teacher's phone number. I need to remember my teacher's phone number because I may need help with my subject lesson. While my teacher is giving the phone number, I would write down the number, assert a good connection, be genuinely interested in learning the subject matter, and home in on specific information needed to remember who has the information I need. I just have mentally programmed my teacher's phone number in my memory because of the my desire to achieve requires remembering when, where, who, and what I need to achieve my personal goal. Okay.
