divide the segments into 5 parts
Y (10, 3) - X (1, −2) ---------- 9 , 5 seems to be a length of sqrt(81+25)
or if we just divide the vector parts by 5 9/5, 1 is the vector equivalent of 1/5 of the segment scale by 4 we get: 36/5, 4 added to X should give M
