isabella is covering a square tabletop with square mossaic tiles.the tabletop is 2ft. long and 2ft.wide.each tile is 1/4 in.long and 1/4in.wide.what is the minimum number of tiles needed to cover the tabletop?

just thought there is 4 quarter inches in one inch so there would be 96 quarter inches in 2 feet so then you would have to add 96 +96(which you get from the other side, which is the same dimension) and you get 192

and how you get the 96 is just by saying there is 4 quarter inches in 1 inch and we need the amount in 2 feet or 24 inches so you multiply 24x4 and get 96
