arreglarse is a reflexive verb hence the 'se' at the end. so you know you will have to use me, te, se, nos, or os. you will also have to conjugate it to the ella form because you are talking to Julia. drop the -arse and conjugate it like a normal -ar verb.
ella goes with se
ella -ar conjugation ends in -a

so in the blank will be se arregla
