Alright for 2(5x+9)+8x(5x+9) why is the answer 2(5x+9)(1+4x). I had one of these on a homework I do not get it seems when to do it like this.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When you get (2+8x)(5x+9) You can factor (2+8x) by 2, which gives you 2(1+4x) get it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, so I just didn't keep factoring.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yeah, keep factoring until you cant anymore

Thank you! Appreciate it.
