Create each function in standard form One function, f(x), with two real rational solutions. One function, g(x), with two real irrational solutions. One function, h(x), with two complex solutions. what would be an example of standard form, and how would i figure out how to make sure they get these type of solutions without just randomly guessing numbers for hours?

well, for a you could come up with a quadratic function that would be 2 fractions making the discriminant positive and the one with complex solutions you would want the discriminant negative and for the irrational you would want the discriminant to be prime. you really don't need very many different numbers. just think of how you could work them using the quadratic formula and manipulating the discriminant
