In the book, "The joy Luck Club" I can't seem to understand what exactly was wrong with Lena's and Harold's relationship? I read somewhere and it said "...he deliberately prevents her from sharing financial success because he insists on avoiding "favoritism."" and that he refuses to notice her contributions, what exactly does this mean?
