Use the tables of values of f and g to answer the problem. (gof)(2) = x f(x) 2 3 4 8 6 14 13 18 x g(x) 0 0 2 4 3 9 4 16

OpenStudy (ranga):

(gof)(2) = g(f(2)) Find f(2) from the f(x) table. That means: when x = 2, what is f(x)? Take the answer you found above for f(2) and treat that as x. Then look up the g(x) table for that x value And that will be g(f(2))
