Please help! What is one way the second Industrial Revolution differed from the first Industrial Revolution? The first revolution brought large numbers of immigrants to American cities. The second revolution brought large numbers of immigrants to American cities. The first was based on transportation improvements. The second was based on transportation improvements.

I believe it's D because of how cars became popular, and Henry ford, however I'm not exactly sure... give me some verification? is it d?

I don't think it's A or B because the populaces increased during both of the revolutions. The demand for a stronger workforce (typically slaves) to get the work done was a crucial part of the revolution.

My guess would be D, because until the invention of cars, people would travel everywhere by foot or ship.
