Two bikes are travelling due north on a country road at constant speeds: Vn = 2.00m/s and Vg = 8.00m/s. (The Greens (g) are clearly catching up with the NPD! (n)) Their paths are parallel and separated by 1.5m. At a given instant when g is 2.0m behind n, g throws a booklet due west relative to herself. The speed of the booklet is such that n catches it without having to reach out for it. Find the horizontal speed in m/s of the booklet relative to Earth.

Hahahaha this is ridiculous I love it. So try to draw out a picture and let's see if we can figure it out.
