Alright so you know that the derivative is 0 at three places, what does that tell you? It's probably a cubic equation, so what do we know about derivatives? They reduce the power by 1. So we can imagine this is probably a quartic equation when we graph it. Now what does the derivative actually tell you? The slope at parts. The slope is 0 when the graph is at a hump or an inflection point, since the graph is tangent to a horizontal line there. Take your best guess and we'll all help you along.

Looking at the conditions, I'm assuming there are 3 x-intercepts since it's cubic and they are 0, 2, 4

That's the derivative, not the function itself. The function will look different, I only said that part about the cubic to give you a general idea of what it'll look like.

So the actual function would have two humps that are concave down?
