C. the second arc should be centered at C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you can you tell me why?

OpenStudy (studygurl14):

Because you are trying to make a parallel line to AB through C. You need to make an arc of the same radius from D, and from C. It is incorrect ot be centered a E at this moment. I don't know how else to explain it except for the fact I know how to do it

lol ok thanks so much!! :)
