The length of a rectangle is 4 more than the width. The area is 77 square feet. Find the length and width of the rectangle.

Area of rectangle: length * width --> length = width + 4, also area = 77 ft sq --> 77 = (width + 4) * width You do the rest

u multiply (w*l) when finding the area of the triangle...so what u will do if u have the area already and need to find the width..u divide! 77/4=19.25 thats ur answer gurl ;)
