Okay, for 3. AC = EC. Why? Look at the diagram, and 2 (C is the midpoint of AE). What does midpoint mean? The reason for 3 is midpoint theorem, because a midpoint seperates a line into two equal segements. It is the midpoint, halfway between two points. So that elimates 2 answers already. Can you figure out the reason for 7?
