This problem is impossible to solve. How do I know? Think of it this way. What if one car is going 107 mph and the other 100 mph. Could you set up this scenario? Yes you could. What if one car is going 17 mph and the other 10 mph. Could you set up this scenario? Yes you could. We have to know something about the distance.
