I've been wanting that so much. I've closed questions on accident that I couldn't reopen. Though if it were implemented, it would have to be disabled when a moderator closes the question to prevent the question from reopening.

I don't think people would use it very much. Usually you close a question because you have a new one. So there would be no need to reopen old questions. The only time when this would be useful is when you accidently close a question, but since that doesn't occur many times there's no need to implement something like this on short term. Maybe in the long run, but there are bigger problems currently :P

@thomaster sure, but you misunderstand on a fundamental level, since surely there will _always_ be bigger problems. See, not every suggestion is a "problem".
