Okay, first you need to find a common denominator. For 4 and 7 that would be 28. So, now multiply the numerator and denominator by the same number. 1/4 times 7/7, so that it stays the same. 1/7 times 4/4. You should get 7/28+4/28 Add the numerators; 11 Your answer should be 11/28. :D
