hmm well a % of a number just means you move the decimal over from the % 2 slots over example 15% is .15 then times that number 10% of 100 is .10 x 100 = 10 so in our case were given the % allready and have to solver the original number were told 15% of x = 150 this means .15x = 150 now solve for x and get x = 150 / .15 this gets us the original number finish this and apply the same method to problem 2
