Okay! In partnership, in a business, you can collaborate ideas, help each other, and work towards the common goal of succeeding together. The more partners you have, the bigger the business is, and the more connections you can get.

The disadvantages are that you have to split the money earned, by however many partners you have. If a business partner owns 20% of your business, you have to give him 20% of everything of your business. Also, the more leaders you have, the more people you have to consult with before making a decision, and more people who may disagree with you or have a differing opinion on the way something should be handled.
