OpenStudy is having a few minor issues that may result in loss of smart score, Messages not being received, Notifications not going away and several other issues. We assure you the tech team is doing everything they can to have the system up and running regularly again. Please be patient & do not spam the site with posts of the issue in the mean time. I got locked out of my account because they didn't send me a verification e-mail nd so I couldn't activate my account!!!!! Boo! I want to be able to use StudyGurl14's account, not this one that I was forced to make to get info on my problem.

Why can't I see my own smart score when I click on my profile, my whole profile isn't showing up "dis-connected" :(

The problems is very frequent, it occurs at least once a day.

Yes, currently notifications for reporting individuals have not been working as I have heard. And like @thomaster said, the issue happens at least once a day. The server will suddenly encounter some very serious lag, things won't load, messages for some reason still go through though. So yes, we are experiencing some minor issues. But fear not, @Preetha and the Team are aware of the issue, and are working to fix it as soon as possible. I was told it was a tedious process.
