I need help

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

With?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the expression P(l=I)^2 can be used to find the value of an investment P after 2 years at an intrest rate of i. What is the value of an investment of $500 deposited in an account with a 3% intrest rate after 2 years? (hint: remember to convert precent into decimal before calculating.)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

P(L=i) ^2

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

You mean \[\Large A = P(1+i)^2 \] if so, P=500, i=0.03 \[\Large A = 500(1+0.03)^2 \]now you can just evaluate that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok and how do u do that lol

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

use a calculator :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't have one :P

OpenStudy (austinl):
