Oh my goodness, you should so read it. It's AMAZING. Elie Wiesel is a survivor from the Holocaust, and the book is surrounding his sightings and experiences in the holocaust from being contained to the Jewish ghetto, to being taken from the ghetto to the prison camps, to being set free. The first half of the book is his story, and the second half of the book contains short stories about other people's experiences in the Holocaust. It's amazing, and even though it's for school, I think you'll like it! I read it in my spare time, and it was something I couldn't put down.
