I think it's 0.5 becuz if its a regular pentagon, then arent't all 5 sides congruent. That means all the sides in ABCDE are4 and MNOPQ are all 8. If u pick any side from ABCDE and any from MNOPP, they should always be 4:8 or I guess a 1:2 or 0.5
