In Romeo and Juliet act 4, scene 1 Friar Laurence says, "I would I knew not why it should be slowed." The other characters do not hear it though. What type of speech is this?

I believe a soliloquy :) It's a a speech in which a character reveals his thoughts to the audience but not to other characters in the play.
