I have to refresh the page to get both, notifs and msgs. When I get a notification, it wont go away until I refresh the page again!!! :(

Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Opera. I downloaded Opera as a test. Also Safari on mobile Apple devices doesn't even load it sometiems.

Some of these may not be effects of the issue though. Most of them started right before the war while we were spammed with Zalgo.

there were no more signs of Zalgo text, but if the Zalgo user is sighted, please link, his.her profile. I'm pretty convinced that the Zalgo had to do with the issue considering it started right after the spam.
