I was told coffee was basic.....
That would be an acid. Anything with a pH of: < 7 is an acid = 7 is neutral > 7 is a base
i think coffee would be basic if you put milk or cream in it, i drink black coffee sometimes and it tastes more acidic, though i've never actually tested the pH..
