Hello Everyone!

I have had to write a summary of a play I've been reading in Honors English. For part of my assignment I have to take a poll from 5 people, of their opinion on the outcome of the story.

For Honors English, I have had to read a play script about a flower girl. She is a poor, lowly girl, but has a run in with two phonetics that quickly change her life. They make a bet that the girl will be passed as a duchess, after six months of them working on her.
All goes well as planned. The girl is now a respectable woman with just a little too much self-esteem. One of the gentlemen, who helped transform her from a lowly flower girl, to a dazzling duchess, is now butting heads with her. They are quite a bit alike.
You can tell he truly does care for her even though he has a tendency of acting as a bully towards her. She is now faced with a choice; rather to leave him forever or stay with him.

Do you believe she will choose to stay with him or leave him forever?

For those of you whom don't know what a phonetic is, they are linguistics...which is simply a person who studies other peoples languages, the way they talk, their accent, etc.

I believe she would stay with him, because she would end up knowing that he obviously likes her

I believe that she will leave him and realize after she's gone she really does love him and in the end they both come running back to each other and fall in love again- but change their ways of being mean to each other.
