Yikes! This is going to produce a very artificial piece of writing. 

A verbal is something that looks like a verb but is not the main verb in a sentence - infinitives, such as "to go" and participles, such as "going". Appositives are explanatory words that you set off by commas that add a little information. 

Example, 

Your question, a difficult one,(appositive) is giving me a headache as I strive to give (verbal) you some suggestions without doing (verbal) the work for you.
