Is 2y=10 an equation of a graph of a horizontal line??

OpenStudy (amonoconnor):

2y = 10 Simplified: 2y = 10 y = 5 OR... y = (0)x + 5 So yes, the slope is 0, so it's horizontal. :)

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

y = a is always a horizontal line x = b is always a vertical line

OpenStudy (zzr0ck3r):

y = a is a function x = b is not

THANKYOU

OpenStudy (amonoconnor):

Yep.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

To understand this question @amonoconnor you must ask yourself "what does the graph of a horizontal line have constant?"
