**MEDAL FOR BEST ANSWER!!**

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Factor this expression completely, then place the factors in the proper location on the grid. x^3 + y^3

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

\[x^3+y^3=(x+y)(x^2-xy+y^2)\] (you have to memorize this)

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

If you really want to know how this can be done, try expanding the right hand side and see if you get the left hand side

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(x-y)(x^2+xy+y^2) this a^3+b^3 formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've tried that and I keep only getting half credit. @HARSH123

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so u want me to solve the eq or the formulae

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Help me solve the equation by using the formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's derivation is too long so u can simply write the formulae and then ur eq this is quite enough

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well because I got (x-y) (x^2+xy+y^2) and apparently only some of that is right.
