i think that the cost for building a natural gas plant is more expensive as it involves the huge structures and machines and heavy engineering and more over it is situated in the coastal regins and in the sea
on the ther hand, if we see wind turbines, they are a bit costly but you get heavy reveue from the energy you produce rather than that , it also requires a huge money for maintainance and natural gas is more expensive to use as the reserves of natural gas are depleting
think green and use wind energy as it is conservative:)
