Sketch in standard position.

θ=5π/6

OpenStudy (jack1):

θ = 5π/6 = 5 * 180 / 6 = 900/6 = 300/2 = 150 degrees |dw:1385806629066:dw|

OpenStudy (jack1):

does that make sense @maryy.jane ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

kind of. i think with these problems i have to memorize the circle thing correct? @Jack1

OpenStudy (jack1):

kinda, all u need to know is : 1. pi radians = 180 degrees 2. a full circle is 360 degrees 3. measurements in a "unit circle" always start at the middle of the right hand side... look above at the pic and u'll get what i mean 4. measurements in a "unit circle" always roll anti-clockwise
