How can I find the least conserved base in a DNA codon?

OpenStudy (blues):

Figure out which codons code for the same amino acid. Then for each of those sets of codons - the ones that all code for the same thing - compare them and figure out which base is most often different. It won't be the same for each amino acid, but there is an overall pattern...
