The velocity of an object in meters per second is v(x) = 36 − t^2 , 0 ≤ t ≤ 6. Find the velocity of the object when t = 5 s.

OpenStudy (ybarrap):

just plug 5 in for v(t). that is, find v(5)

Okay i got it! It was 11, after they asked to find the acceleration when t = 5 i thought you had to find the derivative and plug in 5 and that gave me 10 but it was wrong, help? @ybarrap
